Cookie Peanut Ice Cream Pizza Food

ICE CREAM PIZZA

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Combine cake mix, vegetable oil, and egg in a large bowl until well blended; fold in chocolate chips. Spread mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using your fingers, forming into a 9-inch round about 1/4-inch thick. Top with salt.
• Bake in the preheated oven until cookie crust is set, 14 to 16 minutes. Remove from oven and knock bottom of baking sheet firmly on the counter to flatten any extra air from cookie crust. Cool crust on the baking sheet, at least 30 minutes. Transfer to a large plate or platter.
• Soften ice cream at room temperature for 20 minutes; transfer to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until the consistency of soft serve.
• Spread beaten ice cream over cooled cookie crust with an offset spatula or knife. Transfer to the freezer until firm, about 30 minutes.
• Slice ice cream "pizza" into 6 to 8 slices and top each slice with walnuts and hot fudge.

SUGAR COOKIE "PIZZA" RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Line a 10-inch (25-cm) cast iron pan with parchment paper.
• In a large bowl, mix the butter with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
• Add the granulated sugar, then the brown sugar, and mix until well incorporated.
• Add the egg and stir until thoroughly incorporated.
• Using a fine mesh sieve, sift the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt into the dough. Combine with a spatula until evenly mixed.
• Spread the cookie dough in an even layer in the prepared pan. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.
• In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and remaining ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract until well incorporated.
• Spread half of the frosting onto a quarter of the cooled cookie and the other half on the diagonally opposite corner.
• Frost the other quarters with the chocolate hazelnut spread.
• Decorate with your favorite toppings.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE PIZZA

Steps:

• Press cookie dough onto an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes; gently run a flexible metal spatula under crust to loosen. Cool completely., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until blended. Spread over crust. In a large bowl, whisk cream and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Spread over cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until serving.

COOKIE-PEANUT ICE CREAM PIZZA

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350. Spray 12 inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Break up cookie dough on to pan. Press dough in bottom and up side of pan to form a crust. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool completely.
• Stir hot fudge topping to soften. Spoon and spread about half of topping over cookie crust. Cover with scoops of ice cream, leaving 1/2 inch around edge.
• Drizzle remaning topping over ice cream, heating topping if necessary. Sprinkle with peanuts.
• Freeze 30 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.

PEANUT COOKIES

Steps:

• In a bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Fold in peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until browned and almost set (centers will be soft). Remove to a wire rack to cool.

CARAMEL APPLE PIZZA

Steps:

• Press cookie dough into a greased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Run a large flat spatula under crust to loosen from pan. , In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and milk until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust. In a bowl, combine the apples and soda; drain well. Toss apples with cinnamon; arrange over cream cheese. Drizzle with the caramel topping and sprinkle with pecans. Cut into wedges.
