- Using a sharp serrated bread knife, carefully slice the rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a 9x13 baking dish.
- Layer cheese over the bottom of the rolls, then layer ham fully over the cheese. Repeat cheese and ham, ending with a last layer of cheese. Cover with the top half of the rolls. Optionally, you can cut the individual rolls now to separate the sliders and have the butter sauce penetrate between each sandwich better.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Whisk in the Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, garlic powder, poppyseeds, sesame seeds, minced onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add in parsley, if using.

- In a small bowl, Mix together the butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning and brush over tops of rolls.
- Brush a little bit of melted butter topping on the rolls. Top with slices of cheddar cheese on the bottom layer, layer with ham slices then top with Swiss cheese. Place the other half of the rolls on top and brush top of rolls with remaining butter mixture. Cover with tinfoil and bake in preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Using a serrated bread knife, split slab of rolls in half. Place bottom half in lightly greased baking dish slightly larger than your slab of rolls.
- Combine melted butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper (feel free to add the Italian seasoning at this point, too - I personally don't but some people do prefer it). Dab about 2 tablespoons of the butter on the cut sides of the rolls.
- Place half of the deli ham on the bottom half of the rolls. Evenly top with both cheeses, then top with the remaining ham. Finally, place top with the top half of the rolls.
