- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter in medium bowl, stirring until evenly moistened. Sprinkle 1 cup graham cracker mixture evenly into bottom of prepared pan. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions using oil, water and eggs. Spread over crumbs in pan. Bake 28 to 31 minutes or until set in center. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
- Microwave sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir until completely melted and smooth. Pour over brownie layer. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
- Heat broiler to HIGH. Spread marshmallow creme evenly over chocolate layer. Sprinkle evenly with remaining graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle evenly with mini marshmallows. Broil 6 inches from heat 2 minutes or until lightly browned.

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Place butter and sugar in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until mixture starts to boil.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Add 1 cup chocolate chips, stir until melted.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until thoroughly blended.
- Stir in the rest of the chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into an ungreased 8" square baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs, not batter.
- Top according to any of the directions below:.
- Peanut butter Cup Brownies: Coarsely chop the peanut butter cups. Sprinkle evenly over hot brownies. Press into tops and allow to cool before serving.
- S'more Brownies: Allow brownies to cool completely. Just before serving, cut into 16 squares. Top each square with 1 tablespoon marshmallow topping and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Candy Caramel Brownies: Cut caramels into fourths. Sprinkle evenly over hot brownies. Lightly press into brownies. Cool completely before cutting.

- In a heavy saucepan or microwave, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat; blend in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to chocolate mixture. Stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° until top springs back when lightly touched, 25-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack while preparing topping., Combine the sugar, milk and butter in a large heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Stir in the chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla until smooth. Add walnuts. Spread over warm brownies. Freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 1-in. squares. Store in the refrigerator.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lighly butter a 8" square baking pan.
- Place chopped chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stop, stir and microwave for an additional 30 minutes. Stir and set aside to cool slightly.
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla and salt; mix well.
- Fold in flour and baking powder.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, spread evenly and bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
