Steps:
- In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and honey; beat until smooth. Stir in cheese and chopped fruit; mix well.
- Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts. Chill for at least 3 hours.

PINEAPPLE FRUIT CHEESE BALL
Steps:
- Let cream cheese soften prior to mixing (30 minutes to 1 hour). Combine first 3 ingredients, and shape into ball.
- Wrap with Saran Wrap. Chill and serve with graham crackers.
- This recipe can be made 2 days prior to serving.

SWEET CHEESE BALL
You'll need only a few items for this unique cheese ball sent in by Melissa Friend of Oakland, Maryland. Coconut comes through in the cherry-flecked mixture that's coated in pecans. It looks pretty and tastes delicious served with apple slices, pineapple wedges, berries and other fresh fruit.

- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in the coconut and cherries. Shape into a ball; roll in pecans. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with fruit.

Another cracker salad from my younger days. A lady from the church we attended for years gave this to me. It's a bit different because of the pineapple, but the combination of the flavors is really good. Cooking time is chill time.

- Mix onion, bell pepper, cream cheese, pineapple and seasoned salt together.
- Form into the shape of a ball.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
