Fruity Cheerios™ and a fruity yogurt combine to make a delicious cereal smoothie and on-the-go breakfast.

1/2 cup Fruity Cheerios™ cereal
1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt tropical or mixed berry

Steps:

  • In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth, stopping blender once to scrape sides.
  • Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

2 (6 ounce) containers mixed berry yogurt or 2 (6 ounce) containers red raspberry yogurt
1 cup Fiber One cereal
1 cup fresh strawberries, halved or 1 cup raspberries
1 1/2 cups skim milk (fat-free)
1 banana, sliced

Steps:

  • In blender place all ingredients, cover and blend on high 10 seconds.
  • Stop blender, scrape down sides then blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

1 to 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed meal, optional

Steps:
