A Healthy Frozen Yogurt Recipe with tips for how to make frozen yogurt with just four ingredients: Greek yogurt, frozen fruit, vanilla, and honey.

Steps:
- Combine yogurt, honey and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- Place frozen peaches in food processor or blender and blend until they reach very small chunks.
- Add frozen yogurt to the food processor or blender with the peaches.
- Pulse a few times more times until mixture is incorporated.
- Transfer back to a medium bowl and refreeze for another 1-2 hours depending how hard or soft you want your frozen yogurt. Enjoy an easy, guilt-free treat!

- Combine peaches and sugar in a food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped.
- Combine yogurt and lemon juice in a measuring cup; with the machine on, gradually pour the mixture through the feed tube.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides once or twice. Add 2-3 tablespoons additional yogurt, fruit juice, or water if your frozen fruit mixture needs thinning during processing!
- Serve immediately, or place in serving dishes and store in the freezer for 30-45 minutes, for a firmer texture!

DIABETIC FROZEN PEACH YOGURT
My Husband loves this recipe for frozen yogurt as he is a diabetic. I use low-fat yogurt, you can use regular yogurt for a creamer consistency. Cooking time is freezing time. Recipe is made for electric ice cream freezer.

Steps:
- Drain peaches reserving 1/2 cup of juice.
- Puree peaches in blender (I use hand held blender for faster clean up).
- Add yogurt, (I do this all in a four cup measuring cup) reserved juice, and Splenda; blend with hand blender until combined.
- Pour into freezer bowl, turn machine ON and let mix until frozen, about 25-30 minutes.
- If desired, pour frozen yogurt into plastic container and place in freezer until firm, about 2 hours.
