FROZEN JUICE PUNCH
This is a punch to use when you need something at the last minute. It is wonderful served this way, or you can make it up ahead and freeze and serve later. If you like slushes, freeze it in an distilled water jug and shake it often as it thaws. Once it reaches the slush stage, just pour and enjoy.

FROZEN CRANBERRY PUNCH
This is good for holiday get-togethers. The original recipe used vodka instead of the gin I used, but I think it would also be good for a non-alcholic punch by skipping the liquor all together and adding 2 cups ginger ale. This is one of my Mom's recipes that she served at all her Holiday parties and is a great make ahead recipe. Prep time does not include freezing time. I'm not sure about the serving size since she always seemed to have plenty for everyone.

Steps:
- Place water in heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the tea bag and steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove tea bag and add 1 cup of sugar while still hot.
- Let it cool completely. Then add the lemonade concentrate,the Orange juice concentrate and bourbon.
- Place in a freezer container and freeze overnight.
- Before serving remove from freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a while then whip up with hand mixer just before serving.

- Pour 1 inch of apple juice into a tube pan and place in the freezer until solid, 3 to 4 hours.
- Arrange cherries evenly over the frozen juice ring and place lemon slices on top of each cherry. Return to the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Pour 1/4 inch apple juice over the frozen ring and freeze for 10 minutes. Fill tube pan to within 1 inch of the top and freeze until solid, 3 to 4 hours.
- To make punch, combine 16 ounces cranberry-cherry juice, 32 ounces fruit punch, and 1 liter ginger ale in a large bowl. Remove frozen ring from the freezer and place in the juice mixture. Use remaining juices, including apple, to adjust flavor and maintain volume as guests enjoy the punch.
