Ingredients

2 (9 ounce) packages frozen cut green beans,thawed
2 c crushed flamin' hot cheetos,divided
10 bacon strips
10 small fresh mushrooms,chopped
2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp hot sauce
1 can(s) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 c half and half
1/2 c pickled jalapeno liquid
1 c shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place green beans into a 1 quart casserole dish.Add 1 cup crushed flamin' hot cheetos,mix well.
3. Fry bacon in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat until brown and crispy.Remove to drain on paper towels,put cooked bacon on a plate.Drain off some of the grease,back to the skillet.
4. Add mushrooms to the grease in the skillet and season with crushed red pepper,onion powder and hot sauce.Cook and stir until tender,about 3 minutes.
5. In a medium bowl,combine cheddar cheese soup,half and half and jalapeno liquid,whisk together until blended.
6. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the mushrooms and stir to scrape the bacon flavor from the bottom of the skillet.Simmer until thickened slightly,about 5 minutes.
7. Pour over the green bean mixture.Crumble bacon over the top,sprinkle with parmesan cheese and remaining crushed flamin' hot cheetos.
8. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven until the sauce is bubbling and the top is toasted.

3 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes,divided
1 c margarine,divided
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 c milk
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
2 c crushed flamin' hot cheetos,divided
2 tsp honey mustard
1/2 c sriracha
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c shredded colby jack cheese

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil,add 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes.
3. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water,stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite,8 to 10 minutes.Drain.
4. Melt 1/2 cup margarine in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat.Stir flour into melted margarine and cook until smooth and bubbling,about 1 minutes.
5. Mix milk,cream cheese,1 cup crushed flamin' hot cheetos,honey mustard and sriracha into flour-margarine mixture;cook,stirring occasionally,until the sauce is thickened,about 5 minutes.
6. Mix macaroni,sharp cheddar and colby jack cheese and remaining red pepper flakes into the sauce;pour into a 2-quart casserole dish
7. Mix remaining crushed flamin' hot cheetos and margarine together in a bowl;spread over macaroni and cheese.
8. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown,15 to 20 minutes.
