This recipe is a family favorite! The whole family went crazy; it's the best recipe on this planet! Refrigerate overnight if possible. We like to use a combination of berry and tropical gelatin!

⅔ cup boiling water
1 (6 ounce) package mixed berry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
1 cup ice
½ cup cold water
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
1 (6 ounce) prepared graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water and gelatin together in a bowl until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add ice and cold water; stir until ice is melted.
  • Whisk whipped topping into gelatin mixture until smooth. Refrigerate until mixture is thickened, about 20 minutes. Spoon gelatin mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set, 4 hours to overnight.

3 cups diced rhubarb
3 ounces dry strawberry jello mix
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup melted margarine

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place diced rhubarb in unbaked pie crust.
  • Sprinkle dry strawberry jello mix over top rhubarb in crust.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Add melted margarine, and stir to form a crumble.
  • Sprinkle crumble over rhubarb.
  • Bake for 50 minutes.
  • Let cool completely before cutting and serving.

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, add Jell-O mix. Then pour in the boiling water and stir for 2 minutes until the mix is fully dissolved.
  • Spray a 9-inch round baking pan with cooking spray, and wipe with paper towels.
  • Pour in the mixture and poke any bubbles using a toothpick.
  • Place the pan into the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or until completely set.
  • To unmould the Jello from the pan, simply place a flat plate on top, and invert the pan onto the plate. Lift lift the pan gently.
  • Cut the jello into different shapes with your favorite cookie cutters. Serve and enjoy!
