Fat Free Dijon Salad Dressing is so rich and creamy and full of the sweet and tangy Dijon dressing tastes that you love but without any fat. There is a secret ingredient to thank for that!

½ cup canned cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
⅓ cup dijon mustard
¼ cup honey (or agave)
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)
4-6 tablespoons water (as needed)

Steps:

  • Combine beans, dijon, honey, salt, pepper, and vinegar in a blender or food processor. Pulse until very smooth.
  • Add water 1 tablespoon at a time, pulsing after each, until dressing is smooth and pourable. Store chilled in an airtight container up to 5 days.

1 cup ( 4 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
2 green onions, sliced, divided
60 round buttery crackers

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese and shredded cheese in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  • Stir in mustard, bacon and 2 Tbsp. onions.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Let stand at room temperature 30 min. before serving. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Serve with crackers.
