Chickpeas and grilled chicken breast join some of the farmers' market's best veggies in this super-tasty chicken salad for three.

Ingredients

3-1/2 cups torn mixed salad greens (1/2 of 10-oz. bag)
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
1-1/2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
1/2 cup canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced red onions, halved
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

Toss greens with chicken, broccoli, chickpeas, tomatoes and onions in large salad bowl.
Add dressing; mix lightly.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 hard-boiled large egg, cooled and minced
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
2 romaine leaves

Steps:

Mix the first 7 ingredients; stir in chicken. Line 2 slices of toast with lettuce. Top with chicken salad and remaining toast.

Ingredients

1 cup shelled walnuts
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons miso paste
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
Juice of 1 lemon
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
Two 5-ounce packages mixed baby greens
2 pears, thinly sliced
4 ounces crumbled feta

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the walnuts on a sheet tray and cook until toasted, 8 to 10 minutes, and then cool to handle. Chop the walnuts and reserve.
In a medium bowl combine the olive oil, miso, vinegar, honey and a pinch of pepper. Whisk until well blended. Taste, and adjust the seasoning with salt and more pepper if necessary.
In a large bowl combine the greens, pears, feta and toasted walnuts. Add the dressing and toss to evenly coat. Transfer the salad to serving plates and serve immediately.
