EASY MOCHACCINO RECIPE
Mochaccinos are a combination of mochas and cappuccinos. Combine one part espresso, one part chocolate, and two parts steamed milk to make an easy and incredibly tasty coffee drink.

- Pull two shots (2 ounces) of espresso using your espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker.
- Steam the milk using the steam arm of your espresso machine. If you don't have one, you can heat milk on the stove and then shake it in a mason jar.
- Mix the espresso and chocolate syrup together in your tall glass.
- Pour the milk on top and then spoon on your milk foam.
- Garnish with cocoa powder, chocolate chips, or chocolate syrup and enjoy!

- Make around 35ml espresso using a coffee machine and pour into the base of your cup. Add the drinking chocolate and mix well until smooth.
- Steam the milk with the steamer attachment so that it has around 4-6cm of foam on top. Hold the jug so that the spout is about 3-4cm above the cup and pour the milk in steadily. As the volume within the cup increases, bring the jug as close to the surface of the drink as possible whilst aiming into the centre. Once the milk jug is almost touching the surface of the coffee, tilt to speed up the rate of pour. As you accelerate, the milk will hit the back of the cup and start naturally folding in on itself to create a pattern on the top.

FROZEN MOCHAS

- Add the coffee, milk, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla to a blender. Top off the blender with ice and blend until smooth and icy, with tiny chocolate bits throughout. (Add some half-and-half if you'd like it to be a little richer and creamier.)
- Serve in glasses with whipped cream on top, and drizzle the whipped cream with chocolate syrup or dot with more chocolate chips.
- In a large container, mix the ground coffee with 32 cups (8 quarts) cold water. Cover and allow to sit at room temperature 8 hours or overnight.
- Line a fine-mesh strainer with cheesecloth and set over a pitcher or other container. Pour the coffee/water mixture through the strainer, allowing all the liquid to run through. Discard the grounds. Place the coffee liquid in the fridge to chill. Use as needed.

- Put in hot chocolate powder& cappuccino powder (if wanted) (if you are using coffee powder, put this in now.) Put in hot water and stir till dissolved.
- Put in"Folgers instant coffee single" (if used), and dunk until flavor is reached.
- Take out instant coffee single and serve.
