Easy Cheesey Dorito Chicken Food

DORITOS® CHICKEN CHEESE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
• Spread crushed chips out into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
• Stir chicken, 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, salsa, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream together in a bowl. Pour chicken mixture over crushed chips into the baking dish.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Spread remaining 1 cup cheese over the casserole and bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 5 minutes more.

DORITOS CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
• Crush the entire bag of Doritos and cover the bottom of the dish.
• Reserve one cup of cheese. Mix together remaining ingredients in a large bow. Pour chicken mixture over the Doritos.
• Bake uncovered for 20 min. Top casserole with the remaining cheese and bake 5 additional minutes or until melted.

EASY CHEESEY DORITO CHICKEN

Steps:

• Cut Chicken breasts into strips roughly fish finger sized
• Crush Cheesy doritos (or similar cheesy tortilla chips) in a bowl I get the children to do this part
• In a seperate bowl add a few good dollops of mayo and the milk and coat the chicken strips.
• Add the strips one by one to the crushed Dorito mix and coat well.
• Once coated pop onto a baking tray and pop into a pre heated oven at 190 and bake for rougly 12-15 minutes Till golden . time may vary on thickness of strips Remove from Oven and enjoy Goes nice with fries and garlic bread and garlic dip

DORITOS CHICKEN CASSEROLE (WITH CREAM CHEESE)

Steps:

• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you heat a large skillet with the olive oil to medium heat. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
• Once the oil is beginning to shimmer, add the diced onion and saute until opaque, fragrant, and tender or about 4-5 minutes. Pour in the cream of chicken soup, RoTel diced tomatoes with green onions, and taco seasoning. Stir to combined.
• After stirring the sauce, add the softened cream cheese and stir until it's melted then add the drained black beans and shredded, cooked chicken meat. Stir to combine and evenly coat the chicken with sauce. *If you'd like some of the optional cilantro in your chicken casserole, stir it in with the chicken and beans.
• Layer half of the crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos into your prepared baking dish then add half of the chicken sauce mixture. Top with half of the shredded Mexican cheese blend. Add the last half of the chicken mixture, top with the remaining Doritos, and then the remaining shredded cheese.
• Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) in the middle of your oven's center rack for 30 minutes. If the cheese topping starts to brown too much, cover loosely with a sheet of aluminum foil. Your casserole is ready when the cheese is fully melted and golden.
