Easy Brownie Mix Cookies Food

EASY BROWNIE MIX COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
• Combine brownie mix, flour, oil, water, eggs, and chocolate chips in a large bowl. Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.
• Bake in preheated oven until cookies are just set, about 9 minutes. Let cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

BROWNIE MIX COOKIES

Steps:

• Arrange the racks in the upper and lower third of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
• Stir together the brownie mix, butter and egg in a large bowl until smooth and combined, then fold in the chocolate chunks.
• Scoop 24 balls of dough (about 2 tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheets. Use the palm of your hand to gently press each ball into a thick disk. Bake until the cookies spread and the edges are just set, rotating the trays halfway through, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

EASY BROWNIES

Steps:

• Butter and line a 30cm x 21cm tin. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Break up the chocolate with the butter and melt in the microwave on medium for about 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
• Beat the sugar and eggs in a bowl. Stir in the melted chocolate, add the flour and beat well. Pour into the tin and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top looks papery and feels slightly wobbly. Leave to cool in the tin.
• If you're making the topping, break up the chocolate with the butter and melt in the microwave on medium for about 1 minute. Stir until smooth then spread over the cake. Dust with icing sugar and cut into squares.

QUICK AND EASY BROWNIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
• Combine the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Decorate with walnut halves, if desired.
• Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with crumbs, not wet. Cool on wire rack.

EASY BROWNIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.
• In medium bowl, stir Cookie Layer ingredients until soft dough forms. Press mixture evenly in bottom of pan.
• In medium bowl, stir Brownie Layer ingredients until well blended. Spread on top of cookie layer in pan.
• Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until brownies are set around edges and toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 1 hour. Remove from pan; pull away foil. Cut into 5 rows by 4 rows.

BROWNIE MIX COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or a non-stick silicone liner.
• Stir to combine brownie mix and flour in a large bowl. Mix in eggs and melted butter. The dough will be thick and you will likely have to get your hands in there to really mix it together well.
• Roll dough into balls (approx 1 Tbsp in size) then roll in powdered sugar. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
• Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cookies are set. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes on cookie sheet before transferring to a cooling rack to cool fully.

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE COOKIES

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, mix together cocoa, caster sugar and vegetable oil. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stir into the cocoa mixture. Cover dough, and chill for at least 4 hours.
• Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas mark 4. Line baking trays with parchment. Roll dough into 2.5cm balls. Coat each ball in icing sugar before placing onto prepared trays.
• Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand on the baking tray for a minute before transferring to wire racks to cool.
