Steps:
- Cook tortellini as directed on package; drain and set aside.
- Cook bacon in pan until crisp, remove bacon to paper towel; crumble when cool.
- Drain grease out of pan -reserve small amount.
- Saute garlic in left over grease. 1 minute.
- Return tortellini to pan. Add bacon, Parmesan cheese and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
- Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook tortellini according to package directions, adding broccoli during the last 2 minutes; drain., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings, reserving 1 tablespoon in pan., Reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic to drippings in pan; cook and stir 1 minute. - Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the onion and ham and saute for 5 minutes, or until onion is translucent.

- Cook bacon until crispy over medium high heat, drain and set aside, reserving 2 tablespoons bacon grease.
- Set the pasta to boil according to the package's directions.
- Whisk cream, Parmesan, egg yolks, and worcestershire sauce in a medium sized bowl. Whisk in the warm bacon drippings that had previously been set aside. Whisk until blended and set aside.
- Drain pasta and return to pot. Do not rinse! The heat from the pasta will cook the egg yolks in the cheese mixture. Carefully add cream mixture and toss until pasta is well coated. Add bacon, and pepper to taste. Serve.

- In same pan as tortellini was cooked, fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble. Set aside.
- Reserve 1 1/2 tablespoons of the bacon drippings in the dutch oven. Sautee garlic in hot bacon drippings for 30 seconds.

- Remove bacon and drain bacon grease from pan except for one tablespoon.
- Cook onion in bacon grease till golden brown.

- Add cooked pasta,cheese ,peas and crumble in bacon.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat one minute and serve.
- Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
