UNBELIEVABLY GOOD FRUIT DIP

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 3 hours before serving.

EAGLE SALAD

Steps:

• Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni, and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain, and rinse with cold water to chill. Set aside to dry.
• Mix together the cooled macaroni noodles, mayonnaise, onion and tuna in a bowl. Taste and add more mayonnaise, if desired. Season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until serving.

EAGLE BRAND MILK FRUIT SALAD

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients except mandarin oranges and fold them into mixture last.
• I usually wait and add the nuts right before serving this dish.
• Sometimes I even serve the nuts on the side.

MILLION DOLLAR FRUIT SALAD

Steps:

• Fold together condensed milk and Cool Whip.
• Add drained fruit cocktail and crushed pineapple.
• Stir in sliced bananas with lemon and mix well. Add pecans and stir.
• Chill for one hour or overnight and serve cool.
• FOR VARIATION: you can add 1/2 cup of small marshmallows and 1/2 cup shredded coconut if you like.

EAGLE BRAND ICE CREAM

Steps:

• Combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
• Whip cream in a large bowl until thick and cream holds its shape. Fold whipped cream into sweetened condensed milk.
• Pour into 9x5 -inch loaf pan or 8z8-inch baking pan; cover well. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
• Variations: Fold in 2 cups of your favorite chocolate bars before freezing the ice cream. CHOCOLATE: Add 2/3 cup Smucker's Sundae Syrup Chocolate to step one. MEXICAN CHOCOLATE: Add 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/8 tsp, cayenne to above chocolate variation. STRAWBERRY: Add 1 cup Purée or mashed strawberries to step 1 . CINNAMON: Add 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon to step 1. These are just some of the flavors that you can try, let your imagination run away with you!
