Duncan Hines Blueberry Bundt Cake Food

EASY LEMON BLUEBERRY BUNDT CAKE

Steps:

• Do not make cake mix according to box directions. Combine cake mix, instant pudding, melted butter, milk, water and eggs using a mixer. Fold in blueberries and mix with spoon. Spray a 10 inch bundt pan with cooking spray.
• Pour in batter and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes until center tests done. Remove and let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 1 bundt cake. Enjoy!
• You can also make this cake without the blueberries and add a lemon glaze!

LEMON BLUEBERRY PUDDING POUND CAKE

Steps:

• NOTE-I use Duncan Hines because they do not have pudding in the mix as do the Betty Crocker and Pillsbury brands.
• If you are using another brand, make sure it does not have pudding already in the mix or the texture may not be the same.
• Preheat oven to 350.
• Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan (or use Baker's Joy as I do).
• In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix, pudding mix and sugar.
• Make a well in the center and add the water, oil, eggs and cream cheese.
• Beat on low speed until blended.
• Scrape bowl.
• Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
• (This will be a fairly thick batter.) Gently stir in the blueberries.
• Pour batter into prepared pan.
• Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until top is golden brown and cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
• Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out on wire rack and cool completely.
• GLAZE: In a small bowl, combine sugar and lemon juice to make light glaze.
• Drizzle over cooled cake.
• This is not a heavy glaze.

BLUEBERRY BUNDT CAKE

Steps:

• Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, cream cheese and vanilla pudding on medium speed (mixture will be very thick).
• Fold in blueberries; pour in Bundt cake pan.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
• Icing: Mix blueberry juice and 2 cups confectioners sugar and pour over cake while hot.

BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE, MR TOMS

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease and flour tube or Bundt Pan.
• 2. Using a hand-held mixer ,beat cream cheese untill fluffy.Add eggs and beat well.
• 3. Add melted butter or oil and sugar.(you can use margarine instead of butter or oil.)I use butter
• 4. Add the dry cake mix and continue beating untill well blended.
• 5. With a SPATULA ,gently FOLD in blueberries.Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes or untill tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean...Watch it carefully the last 10 minutes .DO NOT OVER COOK.....
• 6. Personal Note :::I find butter or the oil works best ..I have made this in mini loaf pans for gift giving ..Be sure and lower the Cooking Time if you make in mini pans
