SUMMER ESSENTIALS: STRAWBERRY YOGURT DELIGHT
It is Summer, and although it is inexorably winding down to Autumn (cannot wait), it is still pretty dang hot out there. Try this refreshing drink to cool you down and refresh your spirit. Fresh strawberries and cranberries lovingly blended with coconut milk yogurt, and just a suggestion of cinnamon... yummy. Served these to...

Steps:
- 1. PREP/PREPARE
- 2. You will need a good blender to make this recipe.
- 3. Gather your ingredients (mise en place).
- 4. Add all of the ingredients, except the frozen strawberries to a blender, and mix until smooth. Then, add the frozen strawberries, and blend baby blend.
- 5. Garnish a glass with a fresh strawberry, if using.
- 6. Pour in the mix.
- 7. PLATE/PRESENT
- 8. Serve on a hot Summer day while nice and cold. Enjoy.
- 9. Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
DRINK ESSENTIALS: MID-SUMMER'S DELIGHT
This is an excellent way to cool down on a hot Summer's day. It has watermelon, orange juice, yogurt, lime juice, and fresh clover honey. What could go wrong? Finished this recipe up in the wee hours of the morning, and when my guests got up, I served them a glass along with breakfast. Glasses came back empty, and they were looking in the fridge for more. It is easy/peasy to make, and every sip is a taste of Summer. So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.
