- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg; mix with a fork until blended. Shape dough into a ball. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until easy to handle., Divide dough into six portions. Press each portion into a greased 4-1/2-in. tart pan. bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Spoon 2 rounded tablespoonfuls into each cooled tart shell. Arrange berries over filling., In a small saucepan, melt preserves over medium heat; stir until smooth. Brush over berries.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place pie crust on a parment paper lined cookie sheet.
- Put the remaining ingredients, except the milk, into a large zip-close bag and shake until peaches are coated.
- "Dump" peach mixture into a mount in the center of the crust and "pat down" so the peaches are about 1 inch from the sides.
- Fold the lip of the pie crust over the edge of the peaches.
- Coat the edge of the crust with milk.
- Bake 35 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
- Allow to set before serving.
- (If your crust bakes faster than your peaches, just cover the it with some foil.).

- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Unroll pastry on baking sheet. Fold over edges of pastry to form 1/2-inch rim; press firmly to base to seal. Prick pastry sheet with fork. Bake 10 to 15 min. or until puffed and golden brown. Cool completely. Place on tray.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread onto pastry.
- Melt chocolate as directed on package. Arrange fruit over pudding mixture. Mix preserves and water; brush onto fruit. Drizzle with chocolate. Let stand until chocolate is firm.

I got this "recipe" from a co-worker. It's wonderful with fresh or frozen berries. I've also used canned pie filling and lemon filling from the back of the cornstarch box. But then there's the egg whites. Chocolate pudding is nice, too, especially with the soft colored sprinkles.

- Put pie crust flat on cookie sheet and fold the edge over 1/2 inch.
- Bake pie crust 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Cool.
- Meanwhile, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and well blended.
- Blend in vanilla.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over crust to within 1/2 inch of the edge.
- Arrange fruit over cream cheese attractively.
- Dip bananas, peaches and nectarines in lemon juice to prevent browning.
