A very accurate replica of the Canadian Philly Pickle Dip!

Ingredients

3/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Pickle Brine
2 tsp Corn Starch
8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
3/4 Cup Finely Chopped Dill Pickles
1/4 tsp Salt

Steps:

In a small saucepan, whisk together milk, pickle brine, and corn starch.
Add cream cheese, carefully whisk until smooth. Add chopped pickles and salt, stir to combine.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat, cool to room temperature before covering and chilling until cold.
Serve with chips or veggies.

8 oz sour cream
1 cup dill pickle, (chopped and drained (about 5 spears))
2 TBSP pickle juice
1 TBSP fresh dill, (chopped)
1 TBSP fresh garlic, (minced)
1/4 cup sweet onion, (chopped)

Steps:

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sour cream.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to incorporate.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.

1 cup chopped dill pickles, or more to taste
¼ cup finely chopped sweet onion
2 tablespoons pickle juice, or more to taste
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

Steps:

Stir cream cheese in a bowl with a wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in dill pickles, onion, pickle juice, dill weed, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed. Refrigerate before serving, at least 1 hour.

Mix all ingredients well,and chill for one hour to allow all flavors to blend. This dip is phenomenal with Ruffles chips!
