had extra eggs this month...so came up with this... it is great as snack on saltines

Number Of Ingredients 12

Ingredients

9 large eggs, hard boiled,chopped
1/4 cup(s) real bacon bites, or fry 4 slices bacon extra crispt
1 teaspoon(s) dried onion powder
several dash(es) liquid smoke flavoring,to taste
1 teaspoon(s) dried chives
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried celery leaves
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup(s) light mayo
1/4 cup(s) light sour cream
1/4 teaspoon(s) real lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon(s) paprika,sweet,smoked

Steps:

mix everything in med bowl...put in fridge for several hours...
put on crackers and enjoy or use bread and make into sandwiches
