2 cups cold milk
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 banana, sliced
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries, divided
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Spread 1-1/2 cups pudding onto bottom of crust; top with bananas and half the strawberries.
  • Stir half the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spread over fruit layer in crust. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP. Drizzle with chocolate syrup; top with remaining strawberries and nuts.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

A lovely dessert that will pass for the real thing and satisfy everyone's sweet tooth. I found this dessert at a Weight Watcher's meeting and it quickly became the favorite dessert of several family members who are diabetic.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons butter, melted
3 medium bananas, sliced thin
1 sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (1.7 ounce)
3 cups skim milk
1 (16 ounce) can juice packed crushed pineapple
1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping
1 cup sliced strawberry

Steps:

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  • Pat into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Spread sliced bananas over crust.
  • Mix pudding and milk according to package directions.
  • Spread over bananas.
  • Drain pineapple as dry as possible and spread over pudding.
  • Spread whipped topping over pineapple.
  • Top with sliced strawberries.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Mix pudding and milk in a medium bowl.
  • Stir 1 1/2 minutes with a wire whisk.
  • Gently fold 1 cup of Cool Whip Free into pudding mixture.

1 (4 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups low-fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 bananas, sliced
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 cups Cool Whip Lite
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • Mix pudding with milk and vanilla.
  • Beat until thick then pour into crust.
  • Place the sliced bananas over pudding. Squeeze pineapple to remove all juice, then sprinkle it on top of bananas.
  • Cover with Cool Whip.
  • Sprinkle pecans on top.
  • Chill for 2 hours before serving.

  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce into a 9-inch graham cracker crust. Fill with scoops of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate and strawberry) and freeze until firm, 1 to 2 hours. Beat 1 cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons each confectioners' sugar and the syrup from a jar of maraschino cherries with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Top the ice cream with 2 sliced bananas, the whipped cream and more chocolate sauce. Top with walnuts and a cherry.

2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts

This is a delicious pie that is good at a potluck supper or at dessert parties and is loved by old and young.You can us a ready made prebaked crust a graham cracker crust or a chocolate wafer cookie crust or your favorite recipe fitted into a 9 inch pie plate, pricked all over, and baked in a 375°F oven for 16 to 18 minutes.

6 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini chocolate chip
2 -3 bananas
1 (9 inch) pie crusts
1/2 pint strawberry, hulled and sliced lengthwise
1 cup chilled heavy cream
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 maraschino cherry (optional)

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk until blended.
  • Set over medium heat and cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens, about 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolks.
  • Gradually whisk in 1/2 cup of the hot thickened milk.
  • Whisk the egg yolk mixture into the remaining milk in the saucepan.
  • Boil the custard, whisking, for 1 minute.
  • Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, until melted.
  • Blend in 1 teaspoon of the vanilla.
  • Set aside, whisking occasionally, until cooled to room temperature.
  • Cover with a sheet of waxed paper directly on the custard and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
  • Whisk again to smooth out and then stir in the chocolate bits.
  • Peel the bananas and slice fairly thinly crosswise on the diagonal.
  • Line the bottom and sides of the pie shell with the banana slices.
  • Pour in the chocolate chip custard and smooth the top of the custard in concentric circles.
  • Whip the cream lightly.
  • Beat in the confectioners' sugar and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
  • Beat until stiff.
  • Spread the whipped cream decoratively over the top of the pie.
  • Strawberries are to be arranged decoratively on top of the pie.
  • Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top and set the cherry in the center.

1 ¼ cups cold milk
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
2 bananas, sliced into 1/4 inch slices

1 (12 ounce) jar hot fudge topping
2 tablespoons dark rum
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
12 maraschino cherries with stems, drained
3 tablespoons walnut pieces

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping, and sliced banana. Reserve 1/2 of banana pudding mixture, and spread the remainder into pie crust.
  • In a small bowl, stir together hot fudge sauce and rum. Reserve 3 tablespoons in a microwave-safe container, for drizzling on top. With the back of a spoon, gently spread 1/2 of remaining fudge sauce over banana pudding in pie crust. Repeat layers with remaining banana pudding and remaining fudge sauce. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm.
  • Arrange pineapple chunks in a single layer over top of pie. Spread with remaining whipped topping, swirling topping into peaks with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a microwave oven, heat reserved fudge sauce until pourable, about 10 seconds. Drizzle sauce with a fork over top of pie. Garnish with maraschino cherries and chopped walnuts.

1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons margarine
2 medium bananas (reserved)
1 3/4 cups skim milk

1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons margarine
4 teaspoons sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup sugar free cookie crumbs
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • To make Crust:.
  • Soften the margarine.
  • Blend cookie crumbs, pecans, and margarine in a bowl to make the crust.
  • Press the pie crust into a 9 inch pie plate.
  • Chill for 30 minutes.
  • To make Filling:.
  • In a saucepan, heat all filling ingredients, except margarine, to a boil over medium heat, whisking until smooth (about 10 minutes). Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Scrape into a bowl.
  • Whisk in remaining 2 tablespoons of margarine until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and cool to room temperature. Slice the bananas.
  • In prepared pie plate, arrange sliced bananas in 1 layer. Whisk cooled filling and pour evenly over bananas.
  • To Make Topping:.
  • Mix remaining cookie crumbs and pecans together and sprinkle over the filling. Chill the Banana Pecan Cream Pie for 1 hour before serving.
