12 waffle cones
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 bananas, sliced
2 pt chocolate ice cream, softened
2 pt vanilla ice cream, softened
2 pt strawberry ice cream, softened
whipped cream, for serving
chopped peanut, for serving
maraschino cherry, for serving
chocolate syrup, for serving

Steps:

  • Break the waffle cones into pieces and add to a food processor. Pulse until medium crumbs form.
  • Pour in the melted butter, and pulse for another 20 seconds until the butter is incorporated.
  • Pour the crust mixture into a 10-inch (25 cm) springform pan and press down with a spatula into an even layer. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Arrange the banana slices on top of the crust.
  • Scoop the chocolate ice cream over the bananas and spread in an even layer. Freeze for 20 minutes. Repeat with the strawberry ice cream, then freeze for another 20 minutes. Add the vanilla ice cream, then freeze for 1 hour.
  • Release the springform, and slice the cake. Top each slice with whipped cream, chopped peanuts, a cherry, and chocolate syrup.
  • Enjoy!

1 1/2 cups cold 1% low-fat milk
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Free, thawed and divided
1 large banana, peeled and sliced
1 baked pie shell

Steps:

  • Mix pudding and milk in a medium bowl.
  • Stir 1 1/2 minutes with a wire whisk.
  • Gently fold 1 cup of Cool Whip Free into pudding mixture.
  • Fold in banana slices.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip Free.
  • Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.

1 (9 inch) reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 (4 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups low-fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 bananas, sliced
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 cups Cool Whip Lite
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • Mix pudding with milk and vanilla.
  • Beat until thick then pour into crust.
  • Place the sliced bananas over pudding. Squeeze pineapple to remove all juice, then sprinkle it on top of bananas.
  • Cover with Cool Whip.
  • Sprinkle pecans on top.
  • Chill for 2 hours before serving.

¼ cup butter, melted
2 bananas, sliced
1 quart strawberry ice cream, softened

Steps:

  • Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.

2 cups fat-free whipped topping, thawed from frozen
One 60-calorie sugar-free chocolate pudding snack
2 bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons light chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon crushed dry-roasted peanuts
8 maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • Set out all of your ingredients so your ice cream doesn't melt too much once you start assembling.
  • Once slightly softened, scoop ice cream into a large pie pan and spread into an even layer along the bottom. Evenly place strawberry slices flat over the ice cream, pressing down lightly so they adhere.
  • Put whipped topping in a bowl. Add pudding and mix thoroughly. Spread pudding/topping mixture into a smooth layer over the strawberries. Evenly place banana slices flat over this layer, and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with nuts and evenly place the cherries on top of the pie. Freeze for about 4 hours (or overnight), until completely firm.

2 cups skim milk
4 egg yolks
4 (1/16 ounce) packets Splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon banana extract
1 banana, sliced into thin rounds
2 (1/4 ounce) packets unflavored gelatin
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
4 (1/16 ounce) packets Splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Steps:

  • Sprinkle gelatin packets into 1/4 cup of the cold skim milk.
  • Heat remaining skim milk and add the gelatin mixture to it, stirring, over low heat, until dissolved.
  • Beat the egg yolks and add to the warm mixture, stirring constantly.
  • When mixture thickens, add Splenda and remove from heat.
  • Add vanilla and banana extracts and mix.
  • Pour half of this mixture into an 8 inch pie plate.
  • Arrange sliced bananas on top of that and then cover that layer with the rest of the pie mixture.
  • Set aside and prepare meringue topping.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg whites until frothy.
  • Add the rest of the meringue ingredients and beat until stiff.
  • Pile this topping on top of the pie and put under broiler until golden brown, watching carefully not to burn.
  • Remove from oven and chill at least 4 hours before serving.

1 cup egg substitute
2 cans (14 ounces each) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup fat-free chocolate ice cream topping
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • In a heavy saucepan, combine 2-1/2 cups fat-free milk and egg substitute. Cook over low heat until mixture is thick enough to coat a metal spoon and reaches at least 160°, stirring constantly. Do not allow to boil. Remove from heat immediately. , Quickly transfer to a large bowl; place bowl in a pan of ice water. Stir gently and occasionally for 2 minutes. Stir in condensed milk and remaining fat-free milk. Press plastic wrap onto surface of custard. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. , Combine bananas, lime juice and vanilla; stir into custard mixture. Fill ice cream freezer two-thirds full; freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
