BAKED BROCCOLI
This is a recipe that I saw on Food Network and thought I'd give it a try. It is a remix of the old boring broccoli and cheese.

Steps:
- Cut broccoli into "trees" (stalks and florets together) then cut trees in half.
- Put broccoli on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to tase.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until tender.
- Take out of oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top and bake again until cheese is bubbly.

BREADED BAKED BROCCOLI
So, your kids don't like broccoli? Give them this with light ranch dressing, and they'll change their mind!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cut the broccoli florets into bite sized pieces. Cut the stalk into 1/8-inch thick, round slices. Place the broccoli into a mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper and set aside.
- Beat the eggs together and set aside.
- Spread the panko into a cookie sheet and place into the oven for 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Set the timer so you don't burn them!
- Remove the panko from the oven. Dip each floret in the egg wash, then in the breadcrumbs, and place on a cookie sheet. Place in the oven on the center rack and roast until the broccoli is tender, 8 to 10 minutes.

Found this simple recipe on facebook! It is surprising how much baking the broccoli changes the flavor. The result is addicting!!

- Put ingredients in ziploc bag and shake. Spreak out evenly on non stick baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

BAKED BROCCOLI WITH RICE
My grandma Lorraine Stromgren would listen to WCCO Radio's Joyce Lamont as she broadcast a daily recipe. My grandma would sit by the radio with pencil in hand to write down those recipe favorites! A cookbook was published in 1979 after 10 years of recipes being broadcast. Of over 2,000 recipes that had been broadcast, the cookbook has the recipes that were the listeners' favorites.

Steps:
- Cook broccoli according to package directions- Drain.
- In a large skillet, saute onions in butter.
- When onion is transparent, stir in cooked rice, mushroom soup and the cooked broccoli.
- Turn mixture into a buttered shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a 350°F oven.

DELICIOUS CANDIDA SAFE BAKED BROCCOLI
An online recipe using peas was inspiration, i didnt expect this to be so amazingly yummy! Goes great with a big and nice steak! well, havent tried the steak, but would imagine one right here on the plate!

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven for 450°F.
- Steam the frozen florets until they soften.
- While steaming florets, blend yoghurt, oil - for better anti candida results, use coconut oil - chopped up onion, almonds, tarragon, salt and black pepper together.
- Place the steamed florets into a baking dish.
- Pour yoghurt mixture over them and sprinkle with chopped almonds, (for those who can have parmesan or other kinda cheese, sprinkle with that).
- Place in oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
