- Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add curry through coconut.
- Stir until incorporated.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Form into two balls and wrap in wax paper.
- Chill six more hours.
- Plate and pour chutney over cheese if desired.
- Serve with sesame crackers.

I had this at a party and my friend was kind enough to share her recipe. Serve this with assorted crackers, apple slices, whatever sounds good to you!Prep time does not include refrigeration time.Major Grey's Mango Chutney is what I usually use.

- Mix together with an electric mixer the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sherry, and curry powder.
- Refrigerate until it has firmed up- about 2-3 hours.
- Shape into a ball and place on serving plate.
- This may be made ahead and kept refrigerated.
- When ready to serve, pour some of the mango chutney over the cheese ball and serve.

- Mix 2 packages of 8oz Cream Cheese (16 oz total) with 1 package of Deb's Curry Seasoning Packet.
- Roll mixture into 1 large ball.
- Mix Cranberries and Chopped Walnuts in a large bowl.
- Roll ball in the Cranberries and Walnuts to coat the outside of it.
- Place in refrigerator and chill for 1 hour. Start 1 Hour Timer
- Serve with your favourite crackers.

Form in a ball on your serving plate and put in fridge for at least an hour, the longer you refrigerate, the more curry flavor you get! Spread chutney on top and sprinkle with the coconut, pecan and currant mixture. serve with apple, celery, crackers and pretzels! Delicious!
