1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1 cup raisins (I prefer golden raisins)
1/2 cup coconut, shredded
3/4 cup mango chutney (optional)

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Add curry through coconut.
  • Stir until incorporated.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Form into two balls and wrap in wax paper.
  • Chill six more hours.
  • Plate and pour chutney over cheese if desired.
  • Serve with sesame crackers.

4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 (12 ounce) jar mango chutney

Steps:

  • Mix together with an electric mixer the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sherry, and curry powder.
  • Refrigerate until it has firmed up- about 2-3 hours.
  • Shape into a ball and place on serving plate.
  • This may be made ahead and kept refrigerated.
  • When ready to serve, pour some of the mango chutney over the cheese ball and serve.

1 pkg Deb's Curry Seasoning Packet
1 cup Dried Cranberries
1 cup Walnuts

Steps:

  • Mix 2 packages of 8oz Cream Cheese (16 oz total) with 1 package of Deb's Curry Seasoning Packet.
  • Roll mixture into 1 large ball.
  • Mix Cranberries and Chopped Walnuts in a large bowl.
  • Roll ball in the Cranberries and Walnuts to coat the outside of it.
  • Place in refrigerator and chill for 1 hour. Start 1 Hour Timer
  • Serve with your favourite crackers.

apple, wedges
celery, slices

  • In food processor blend together cream cheese, imperial cheese, and curry powder. Form in a ball on your serving plate and put in fridge for at least an hour, the longer you refrigerate, the more curry flavor you get! 1 cup sour cream
1 cup raisins, chopped
1 cup salted peanuts, chopped

1 tablespoon curry powder (plus 1 tsp.)
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
2 tablespoons chutney (or more to taste)

Steps:

3 egg yolks, 2 for egg wash
½ cup chicken
¾ cup flour
1 cup breadcrumb
4 cups oil, for frying

  • Combine the rice with 2 tablespoons of curry sauce.
  • Mix in the flour, cheese, 1 egg yolk, and pepper.
  • Roll into balls, make a well in the middle and place in some curry chicken.
  • Secure the ball by rolling it in your hands again.
  • Coat in the flour, egg yolk, breadcrumbs, then egg yolk, then breadcrumbs again.
  • Heat the oil in a pan to 325°F (160°C).
