Steps:
- Preheat large skillet on medium high heat.
- Add 1 T.
- oil.
- Season cube steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
- Brown cube steaks in preheated skillet.
- Add 1 can French Onion Soup, 1 cup of water, 1 4 oz can of mushrooms.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer on low heat for 30-45 minutes.
- You may need to add additional water.
- Remove meat to platter, cover to keep warm.
- Increase heat to reduce pan drippings to desired thickness.
- I serve this with mashed potatoes, and side vegetable.

- Mix flour & pepper and place on a flat plate.
- Add cube steaks covering with mixture well.
- In a large fry pan with a lid, brown the cube steaks in oil.
- Add onions, mushrooms & garlic.
- Saute about 1 miniute.
- Add stock & worcestershire sauce and bring to a low boil, scraping the pan to loosen brown bits.
- Cover pan & lower heat to a low simmer.
- Stirring occasionally.
- Cook 1 1/2 hours. Serves 2-4.

Steps:
- Season steaks and flour with garlic powder,salt and pepper to your taste.
- Coat steaks in flour and shake off excess.
- Melt 3 tablespoons butter in skillet and brown steaks on both sides. Place steaks in crockpot.
- Melt remaining butter, add onions and mushrooms and cook 5 minutes or until just softened.
- Add remaining flour to onions and mushrooms. Stir until they are coated and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Stir in broth slowly, simmer until thickened slightly. Taste and correct seasoning.
- Pour broth mixture over steaks in crockpot.
- Cook on low 6 hours or until tender.
- Serve over rice or with Mashed potatoes.

- Season cube steaks with salt pepper and meat tenderizer.
- Brown steaks in electric skillet using scant oil or cooking spray.
- Add 1 cup of water, dry soup mix, and canned soup.
- Stir to mix dry and wet ingredients.
- Cover and cook on lowest setting for two hours.
- Remove meat to plate and thicken gravy with a little corn starch in water.
- Serve meat topped with gravy and enjoy!

- Cut cube steaks into serving size portions.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Lightly coat steaks with flour.
- Prepare brown gravy in small saucepan according to package directions.
- Reserve.
- Heat oil in large heavy skillet.
- Add onions and saute about 1 min.
- Add steak and brown on both sides.
- Add mushroom soup.
- Add water to soup can (about 1/2 can) and swish to remove soup.
- Add to skillet with meat mixture.
- Add brown gravy mixture and stir to blend.
- Bring to boil, cover, lower heat and simmer about 45 mins or until meat is tender and you can cut it with edge of fork.
- Add mushrooms, stir to heat and serve over rice.
- TO PREPARE RICE: Rinse rice in strainer.
- Place rice in saucepan, add broth.
- Liquid should reach first knuckle on your finger.
- Bring to boil, stir, cover, lower heat to simmer and cook about 15 mins.
- Fluff with fork.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add beef, a piece at a time, and shake to coat. , In a large skillet brown steak over medium heat, in 1 tablespoon butter until meat is no long pink. Remove the steaks to a serving platter; spread each with 1/2 teaspoon mustard. - In a small bowl combine the flour, pepper, salt, onion, powder and garlic powder. Add the cube steak and coat with the flour on each side.
- In a medium sized skillet add the olive oil. Over medium high heat add the cube steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- To make the mushroom gravy: Add the olive oil and sliced onions. Sauté for 4-5 minutes and add in the mushrooms until they are tender and mushrooms are golden. Add in the beef broth and onion soup mix and mix until dissolved. Combine the cornstarch and water and whisk in a small bowl. Add to the gravy and mix. Add the cube steaks back to the gravy and let simmer until sauce has started to thicken.
