Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust filled pie. Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 egg in medium bowl until well blended.
- Microwave butter and 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add 2/3 cup sugar; mix well. Blend in vanilla and remaining eggs. Add flour; mix well.
- Spread half the brownie batter onto bottom of pie crust; top with cream cheese mixture. Cover with remaining brownie batter.
- Bake 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
- Melt remaining semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over pie along with the melted white chocolate.

CRUSTLESS BROWNIE PIE
I made this for my Mom's birthday, instead of a regular cake. I also garnish it with Nestle's Nesquick chocolate syrup, but there are many toppings that you can use. I got this recipe from Healthy Meals in Minutes.

- Preheat oven to 325f Spray an 8" pie plate with cegetable cooking spray.
- In a large bowl mix together cocoa, flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl wisk together brown sugar, granulated sugar,oil,egg whites and vanilla until blended.
- Add the sugar mixture to the dry mixture and stir until blended.
- Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle walnuts.
- Bake until just set and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- (about 25-30 mins).
- Cool on wire rack.
- Cut into wedges and garnish with Strawberries and yogurt.
CRUSTLESS BROWNIE PIE
I'm not sure where I came across this recipe but it is easy and my whole family loves it. It is great severed warm with ice cream. You can use up to a half cup of cocoa depending on how chocolatey you would like it.

- In large mixing bowl, beat all ingredients except sliced nuts at medium speed for 4 minutes.
- Sprinkle reserved 1 tspn flour on sliced nuts.
- Stir in nuts.

- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9-inch round pie dish very well with cooking spray; set aside. I used a glass pie dish; baking times may vary if using metal.
- To a large bowl, add 1 cup sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and whisk to combine; set aside.
- To a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and heat on high power to melt, about 45 seconds. Wait momentarily before adding the eggs so you don't scramble them.
- Ad the eggs, extracts, and whisk to combine.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry and stir to combine; don't overmix.
- Add 2 cups blueberries and stir to combine; batter is very thick.
- Turn mixture out into prepared pie dish, smoothing the top lightly with a spatula.
- Evenly sprinkle 1/4 cup blueberries over the top.
- Evenly sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over the top and bake for about 34 to 39 minutes, or until edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs but no batter.
- Allow pie to cool in pie dish on a wire rack before slicing and serving. Optionally serve with whipped topping or ice cream. Pie will keep airtight at room temp for up to 5 days.

- Feel free to use a store-bought crust or make the recipe crustless, or you can use the keto-friendly chocolate crust recipe written out under the third photo in this post.Bring cream cheese to room temp. Preheat oven to 350 F. Fill any large baking pan about halfway with water and place it on the oven's lower rack (this just adds moisture to the oven). In a blender or food processor, beat all keto pie ingredients just until smooth. (Don't overbeat, which introduces air bubbles that could later burst and thus cause cracking.)
