CROCK POT HAWAIIAN CHICKEN
This is a simple and fantastic recipe I got from sherr1 on the IBS message boards at www.helpforibs.com. If you're looking for something with a zing, this isn't it. It has a subtle but deliciously fruity flavor. The sauce is wonderful over white rice!

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in the crock pot.
- Stir well.
- Cover and cook for 4-5 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high.
- Serve with steamed rice.
- Enjoy!
SWEET HAWAIIAN CROCK POT CHICKEN
This is a family fave and so easy to do! I like to serve it with brown rice, but you can put it over anything.

Steps:
- Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce; mix well.
- Stir in chicken pieces, coating well.
- Pour into crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve over rice.
- If desired, you may also add chunks of pineapple, bell pepper, sliced carrots, onion -- .
SWEET HAWAIIAN CROCKPOT CHICKEN
Steps:
- Layer the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the soy sauce and pineapple chunks on top.
- Add the brown sugar and stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Place the lid on the crockpot and set it to cook for 6 hours on low.
- Stir and serve.
