CROCK POT SWEET AND SOUR RIBS

Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Ribs image

This is a good recipe for a day when you are going to be in and out. I have made it and let it cook longer, but the meat fell off the bones, if that doesn't bother you, then certainly let it cook longer. :) I have added onions and sliced bell pepper and that comes out really good also, I served that over rice. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

My ribs just fell apart when I picked them out of the crockpot. My ribs were done in 6 hours. When I made this ribs I used 3 pounds pounds of boneless ribs. I used sliced regular onions for the scallions. I used regular molasses for blackstrap molasses. I used apple cider vinegar for white wine vinegar. I used canola oil for sesame oil.
