- Layer all of the ingredients in order in a 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. [NOTE: While I have made this multiple times without an issue, it seems that many people have experienced the ingredients burning. I would recommend stirring all of the ingredients together and checking on it and stirring every 30 minutes to avoid an issue.]
- Remove the lid and stir to combine. If not all of the chocolate is melted, cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop mounds of the clusters onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Allow to sit at room temperature until completely set, 1 to 2 hours. The clusters can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. They also freeze very well!

- Add almond bark followed by semi-sweet chocolate chips to slow cooker. Cover the top of the slow cooker with a kitchen towel or paper towels before adding the lid. This will catch condensation that can drip onto the chocolate when you lift the lid to stir which can cause the chocolate to seize.
- Melt chocolate on LOW for 1 1/2-2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes, until completely melted. Add German chocolate and stir until completely melted (this will temper the chocolate). Add all of the peanuts and stir until evenly coated.
- Line your counter with a long row of parchment paper OR if gift giving, line with mini cupcake liners. Drop peanuts by the tablespoon onto parchment/liners. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired but DON'T wait until all the chocolate clusters are dropped before sprinkling with sea salt or the first few will have already hardened. Allow to set completely, approximately 45-60 minutes.

- Into the slow cooker place the almond bark chunk, the German baking chocolate chunks, the semi-sweet chocolate chips, and salted peanuts. Do not stir.
- Scoop the clusters onto a cookie sheet that has been lined with wax paper. Use a spoon or baking scoop to scoop the cluster mixture out of the crockpot onto the wax paper. I used a 1-inch baking scoop to get 17 clusters. Smaller scoops will give you more clusters.
