Steps:
- Season both sides of the pork chops with the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and pepper.
- In a large slow cooker whisk together the brown gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, and beef broth.
- Add the seasoned pork chops to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the pork chops carefully from the slow cooker onto a plate.
- In a small bowl stir together the cornstarch and water. Whisk the cornstarch mixture into the crockpot to thicken the gravy.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and garnish with parsley if desired.

- Lay the pork chops on a rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle both sides of each chop with salt and pepper. Put the flour on a small plate. Coat both sides of the chops with the flour and put back on the baking sheet to come to room temperature while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
- Add the mustard, honey and 1 tablespoon of water to a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker and stir to combine. Cut the shallot into rings and add to the cooker, separating the rings. Core and cut the apple into 1/2-inch chunks and add to the cooker with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir to combine the shallots and apples with the sauce. Spread the mixture in an even layer and lay the pork chops on top, overlapping as needed.
- Cover and cook on low until the pork is cooked through, about 3 hours. Transfer the chops to a large plate and top with the warm apples and sauce. Serve with creamy grits or buttered rice if desired.

- In a pie plate, whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, cayenne and thyme leaves. Dredge each side of the pork chops in the flour mixture, then set aside on a plate.
- Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops to the pan (work in two batches if the need be) and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Remove them to a plate.
- Add the onions to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until lightly golden and slightly softened. Remove from the heat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce to the base of a 6- to 8-quart slow cooker. Whisk everything to combine. Add the onions and thyme sprigs, the nestle the pork chops into the broth mixture. Cover and cook over high heat for 1 hour, then reduce to low heat for 2 more hours, until tender. Serve the pork chops with some of the gravy, onions, and a sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves, over cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes, if you like.
CROCK POT PANTRY PORK CHOPS
As I was searching for porkchop recipes on zaar, I was finding I was missing an ingredients or two for most recipes I wanted to try. So, I decided to "experiment with what I had on hand. This recipe was a lot like comfort food, tasted so good, and even my 2 year-old ate it! These were fork tender and very good. I served it with mashed potatoes, peas, and salad.

- Cut onion and spread 1/2 on bottom and then spread 1/2 garlic on bottom.
- Place pork chops in crock pot on top of onions.
- Sprinkle Mrs. Dash on chops, salt and pepper.
- Put another layer of onions and garlic on top of chops,.
- Add carrots.
- Pour broth over chops and veggies.
- Cover and cook for 4-6 hrs on high, depends on how tender you want the chops.
- About 1-2 hours before they were done, I added the flour and stirred.
