Crock Pot Inside Out Cheeseburger Meatloaf Food

CROCK POT CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF

Steps:

• In a large bowl, mix together all of your ingredients except for your cheese and garnish.
• Press out into a large rectangle on a piece of lightly greased wax paper.
• Sprinkle on your cheese, leaving a 3/4 inch border all the way around.
• Starting at one of the short ends, roll up like a jelly roll and pinch each end to close it up.
• Place your roll in a 6-quart crock pot and press into a meatloaf shape.
• Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
• Garnish with your favorite cheeseburger toppings or eat it as is!

CROCK POT INSIDE-OUT CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF

Steps:

• Mix beef, onion, egg, soup mix, oats, and 2 tablespoons catsup in a bowl. Divide into 2 equal balls. Flatten one of the balls on a sheet of aluminum foil. Squirt the flattened meat with catsup and mustard to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Place pickle slices on the meat and top with cheese.
• Flatten the other ball of meat and place on top of the first section. Pinch edges shut. Cover the entire thing with the foil.
• Take 2 pieces of foil about 18 inches long and fold lengthwise till they're about 2-3 inches wide. These will be handles. Criss-cross them in the crock pot. Place the foil package on top.
• Cook on low about 6 hours.
• Notes: If you don't like too much salt, cut the amount of soup mix in half. Also, you may want to soak the oatmeal in milk or broth to make the meatloaf moister.

CROCK POT MEATLOAF

Steps:

• To remove loaf when done, line crock with wide strip of aluminum foil, coming up sides of crock.
• In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, and soup mix. Mix well, then add meat. Mix thoroughly, then shape into a rectangle or oval that won't touch sides of crock. Place in crock. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
