EASY CROCK POT ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
• Take your steak and cut it into 5 serving size pieces
• Put your steaks into your crock pot
• Pour in your soup mix, water and soup
• Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours

CROCK POT ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
• Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
• Goes well with mashed potatoes (makes a wonderful gravy!).

CROCK POT ROUND STEAK & GRAVY

Steps:

• 1. Cut steak into 6 serving pieces or more.
• 2. Place in slow cooker.
• 3. Add onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup.
• 4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

SLOW-COOKED ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, brown meat on both sides in 4 teaspoons oil. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker., In the same skillet, saute onion in remaining oil until lightly browned; place over beef. Combine the soup, oregano and thyme; pour over onion. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender.

ROUND STEAK AND RICE (CROCK POT)

Steps:

• Place whole steak in the crock pot after cutting off fat.
• Sprinkle soup mix over the steak.
• Pour tomatoes over the steak.
• Pour in water. May need more or less water depending on how long you cook it.
• Cook on low for 5-8 hours. Meat should fall apart by shredding with a fork.
• Serve over rice.

CROCK POT HERBED ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Trim fat from steak.
• Cut meat into serving size portions.
• In a skillet brown meat in hot oil.
• Slice onion and place in bottom of 4 quart crock pot.
• Place browned meat atop onion.
• In a bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
• Cook on high heat setting for 5 hours.
• Serve over rice with steamed broccoli side dish.

MEXICALI ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Cut beef into 6 pieces.
• Place in slow cooker.
• Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, and pour over beef.
• Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
• Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
• Serve vegetables over cooked white rice.

ROUND STEAK IN THE CROCK POT

Steps:

• Preheat the slow cooker while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
• Spread half the onions and mushrooms on the bottom of a slow cooker, followed by the steaks. Sprinkle the steaks with the onion soup mix, flipping them over to coat both sides with the seasoning.
• Spread the remaining onions and mushrooms on top, then pour in the beef broth.
• Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Remove about 1/4 cup of the juices from the crock pot. Whisk in the cornstarch to form a slurry. Stir the slurry back into the slow cooker, turn the heat up to high, and continue to cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, another 15-20 minutes, or until juices are thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

HERBED MUSHROOM ROUND STEAK- CROCK POT

Steps:

• Trim fat from meat.
• Cut into serving sizes, if needed.
• In a large heavy skillet, brown beef on both sides in hot oil.
• Lightly spray the liner of a 4-quart crocker pot with cooking spray. ,.
• Spear one bay leaf with a toothpick (to be able to find and remove after cooking.
• Mix soup with spices and pepper.
• Meanwhile, place onion slices, green peas and mushrooms.in bottom of crock pot.
• Remove beef from skillet and place in crock pot on top of veggies.
• De-glaze pan with white wine,scrapping up meat bits.
• Add soup mixture to skillet and whisk to blend well; pour over meat in crock pot.
• Place speared bay leaf into mixture.
• Cover; cook on LOW setting for 8 hours.
• REMOVE bay leaf and toothpick.
• Serve over cooked noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
