- Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning mix and 1/2 cup water. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened. In medium bowl, mix beef mixture and cheese.
- Unroll both cans of dough; separate into 16 triangles. On ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange triangles in ring so short sides of triangles form a 5-inch circle in center. Dough will overlap. Dough ring should look like the sun.
- Spoon beef mixture on the half of each triangle closest to center of ring.
- Bring each dough triangle up over filling, tucking dough under bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed (some filling might show a little).
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is golden brown and thoroughly baked. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving slices.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and gently press into the bottom of the prepared dish to form a crust. Set aside.
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain and return to skillet. Stir in taco seasoning mix and 2/3 cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes (stirring often), until thickened. Stir in salsa.
- Spoon beef mixture over the crescent roll dough. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares, garnish with optional toppings, and serve.

A friend shared the recipe with me, and I've prepared it monthly ever since. The crust is made from refrigerated crescent roll dough. While the ground beef is browning, I simply press the dough into a baking dish. - Preheat oven to 350°. Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle; press onto the bottom and 1 in. up the sides of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Seal seams and perforations. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat on the stove, and cook until completely browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning to the meat until combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough from the tubes, and layer it in the bottom of a 9" pie pan or casserole dish. You may not need all of the dough to complete this.
- Layer the cooked meat on top of the dough, and sprinkle the cheese on top of the meat.

- 2. Brown beef and add taco seasoning.
- 3. Lay beef in a circle inside of the laid out crescent rolls & add cheese to the top.
- 4. Pull over sides of crescent rolls and tuck in under meat and cheese.
- 5. Follow cook time on the pack of crescent rolls, and once it's done, you're good to go!
- 6. Add lettuce, tomato, black olives, sour cream or whatever you desire for your tacos, in the middle. (**Now, ive seen this on the internet as this step happening before you bake, but I recommend doing it after it comes out!)

- 1. In a large pan brown turkey meat (at this point I added a minced jalapeño) then add packet of taco seasonn.
- 2. Unroll crescents wide side inside forming a circle , ok to overlap alittle! (I USED A LARGE BAKING SHEET)
- 3. Put brownd turkey around wide part of crescents n top with half the cheese.
- 4. Wrap thinner part of crescents over filling n slightly tuck under. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
- 5. Transfer to large platter n spoon sour cream in center top with shredd lettuce then tomatoes, other 1/2 of cheese, olives, green peppers n avocado........ENJOY :)
