This easy meal uses cream cheese to add an extra creamy texture to ingredients that are usually on hand. Quick and delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the bow-tie pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally, until cooked through yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes; drain and return pasta to pot. Melt cream cheese into the pasta. Stir pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes into the pasta mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Break ground beef into small pieces and add to the skillet; cook and stir until some of the fat has rendered, 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion and garlic to the beef, continue cooking until the ground beef is completely browned, about 5 minutes more. Stir beef mixture into the pasta mixture.
- Pour pasta-and-beef mixture into a 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until the mozzarella cheese melts, 5 to 10 minutes.

CREAMY CHICKEN AND PASTA CASSEROLE
Another of my kids favorites! I got this recipe from my mother-in-law and tweeked it a bit. The result has become a staple in our house! Tip: I often make this, put into two small casserole dishes, and freeze one. To bake after frozen, bake covered at 300 for an hour, then 400 for ½ hour and then 15 min uncovered.

- Cook pasta while browning chicken.
- Sauté vegetables, add garlic for the last minute.
- In large bowl mix all ingredients well and put in 9x13 casserole dish.

- Cover and bake 30 min at 400, uncover and broil until browned.

- To make the pesto, mix basil, garlic, pine nuts, parmesan, cold water, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a food processor for about 30 seconds. Add in olive oil. Process until combined, set aside.
- Cook fusilli to very al dente, or about 3-4 minutes before the package instructs for cook time, then drain pasta.
- Halve cherry tomatoes.
- In a skillet or casserole pan, mix fusilli, cherry tomatoes, and pesto.
- Top with grated parmesan and mozzarella balls.
- Bake at 400° Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, or until mozzarella has melted.
- Garnish with additional parmesan and fresh basil. Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup pasta water; return all to pot., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and crumble chicken with onion, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and remaining seasonings over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Stir in tomatoes; bring to a boil. Add to pasta; toss to combine. Transfer to a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray., Mix cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and remaining garlic powder. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls over pasta. SKINNY SHRIMP ALFREDO PASTA BAKE
An unbelievably cheesy, creamy lightened-up pasta bake that you can easily make ahead of time!

- To make the alfredo sauce, melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Whisk in flour until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, and cook, whisking constantly, until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth, about 1 minute; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add more chicken broth as needed until desired consistency is reached. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray. Place shrimp onto the prepared baking sheet. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper, to taste, and gently toss to combine. Place into oven and roast just until pink, firm and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, red pepper flakes and alfredo sauce.
