CLASSIC CREAMY PASTA SALAD
This Classic Creamy Pasta Salad is such a flavorful side dish. Creamy dressing and crispy diced vegetables mixed with elbow pasta make it oh so delicious.

Steps:
- Start off by making the creamy salad dressing. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. 
- Then dice up the red onion, celery, and bell pepper. You can speed the process up by using a vegetable chopper.
- Now cook the pasta according to the package or al dente. Once the pasta is cooked, pour out into a colander and quickly rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process. 
- Then add the pasta, chopped vegetables, and creamy dressing into a large bowl and toss to combine. Here you can add additional salt according to your liking. Serve chilled.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, sour cream, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool; add to the bowl with the dressing.
- Add the cannellini beans, sun-dried tomatoes and celery to the bowl and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. The pasta salad is best if served right away.

- Cook and drain pasta as directed on package, adding pea pods for last minute of cooking. Rinse with cold water; drain.
- Meanwhile, mix bell peppers, carrots, basil and cheese in very large (4-quart) bowl. Mix dressing and milk in small bowl with wire whisk. Add dressing mixture, pasta and pea pods to bell pepper mixture; toss to coat.

CHARRED STEAK PASTA SALAD

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. When the pasta is done, drain it, cool under cold water, drain again and pat dry. Meanwhile, grill or broil the steak 3 to 4 minutes a side only or until charred on the outside, but rare on the inside. (If you don't like steak rare, substitute chicken) When the steak is done remove it to a plate for later; while resting, rub a cut clove of garlic on both sides.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the mayonnaise, tarragon vinegar, and peppers. Toss the pasta with the ingredients in the mixing bowl
- Portion out the pasta. Cut the steak into thin diagonal strips and pile them in the center of the pasta; garnish with olives.
PASTA SALAD WITH STEAK, BELL PEPPER, GREEN BEANS AND BACON

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook as the label directs; drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Add the steak, bell pepper, green beans and bacon to the bowl with the pasta.
- Make the dressing: Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, parmesan, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Pour over the pasta salad and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for up to 3 hours.

- Heat the olive oil in a large, shallow saucepan or deep frying pan over a medium heat, then add the chicken, season lightly and fry for 6-8 mins, stirring occasionally until just golden all over - no need to worry about it being cooked through at this stage.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 2 mins more, then scatter over the Cajun-style seasoning and stir so the chicken pieces are evenly coated. Tip in the tomatoes, a quarter of a can of water and the stock cube. Stir, then bring to a simmer and cook for 5 mins.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta for a minute less than pack instructions. Stir the cream into the chicken and continue to simmer gently. When the pasta is cooked, drain well and stir into chicken mixture. Finish cooking the pasta in the sauce over a low heat for 2 mins, then stir in the parmesan and lemon juice, and cook for 1 min more. Serve the pasta straight from the pan, or tip into a large serving bowl. Scatter with parsley, if you like, and extra parmesan.

- Cook pasta according to package directions for al-dente. Strain and run under cold water to cool. Set aside to dry.
- Meanwhile, chop the asparagus into 1 - 1 1/2" sections and steam for 3-5 minutes, until bright green and tender with some bite. Transfer the asparagus to a plate and set it aside to cool.
