4 oz. sliced jalapeños (chopped into small pieces)
8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened at Room Temperature)
2 cups Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
3/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
4 Slices Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)
For the Topping:
3/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
4 Tbsp Butter (Melted)
1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
2 Slices of Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)
1 Fresh Jalapeño (Sliced (Optional))

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and garlic salt with a hand held mixer until they are thoroughly combined.
  • Stir in (by hand) the cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese, 4 Slices of crumbled bacon and the diced jalapeños.
  • Spread this mixture into an 8X8 baking pan.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, melted butter, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and parsley.
  • Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the top of the dip in the pan.
  • Sprinkle the 2 slices of crumbled bacon on top of the bread crumb mixture.
  • Baked for 15-20 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  • Top with the fresh jalapeño slices and enjoy!

4 bacon strips, chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup 2% milk
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
Tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a small skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings, reserving 1 tablespoon., In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, jalapenos, vinegar, cooked bacon and reserved drippings. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; dot with butter., Bake until bubbly and topping is golden brown, 30-35 minutes. Serve with chips.

1 1/4 cups red and green sliced pickled jalapenos
Two 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
4 dashes hot sauce
1 1/2 cups crispy jalapenos, such as French's
One 8-ounce bag crispy corn chips, such as Fritos Scoops
2 cups baby carrots
2 cups celery sticks
2 red bell peppers, cut into thick strips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Set aside 1/4 cup of the pickled jalapenos. Chop the remaining pickled jalapenos and place in a mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese, chicken, cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt and hot sauce. Stir until thoroughly combined. Scrape into a small baking dish. Place the reserved pickled jalapenos in the center of the dip.
  • Bake until warmed through and bubbly around the edges, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle the crispy jalapenos around the edge of the dip.
  • Serve warm with the corn chips, carrots, celery and peppers for dipping.

16 ounces chive-flavored whipped cream cheese, at room temperature
16 ounces sour cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar jack cheese blend
One 1-ounce packet ranch or taco seasoning
6 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar jack cheese blend
1/2 cup fried jalapenos, chopped

Steps:

  • For the dip: Bake or slow cook.
  • To bake, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, seasoning mix and jalapenos. Pour into an 8-inch square dish and bake until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  • To slow cook: Turn a 6-quart slow cooker to high and add the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, seasoning mix and jalapenos. Stir, cover and cook until everything melts, 2 to 3 hours. Stir again.
  • For the topping: When ready to serve, top with the shredded cheese and fried jalapenos.

8 strips of bacon, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 fresh jalapenos, chopped, plus more for garnish
2 8 oz. blocks cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed, thick yellow corn tortilla chips, plus more chips for serving
Sliced, toasted baguette, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Heat a 10" cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Remove from the heat and transfer the bacon to a paper-towel lined plate to drain. Remove all but a thin layer of bacon grease from the skillet (about 2 tablespoons remaining).
  • Return the skillet to medium heat. Add the garlic and jalapeno. Cook 2 minutes until slightly softened. Remove from the heat. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir or whisk until smooth. Stir in about two-thirds of the bacon.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese all over the top of the dip, followed by the crushed chips. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are bubbly and the cheese is melted all over. Top with the remaining cooked bacon and extra slices of jalapeno. Serve with more tortilla chips and toasted baguette.
