2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, (minced)
1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, (cut into chunks and softened)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 pound pasta, (cooked)

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Add cream cheese and reduce heat to low. Stir until cream cheese is about half melted.
  • Add milk and continue to cook and stir until smooth.
  • Stir in salt and both peppers.
  • Remove from heat and stir in pasta.

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir onion in melted butter until softened, 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
  • Stir butter and onion mixture, cottage cheese, sour cream, sea salt, and black pepper into the noodles. Place the pot over medium heat; cook and stir until heated through and warm, 5 to 8 minutes.

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • In a large pot, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Before draining, dip out 1/2 cup of pasta water and set aside. Drain the pasta and set aside.
  • Return the pasta pot to the heat over medium low and add the reserved pasta water and the cubed cream cheese. Whisk together until the cream cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Add the garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat egg yolks and cream cheese. Add parmesan and mozzarella. Continue beating with a mixer. Sprinkle spices. Continue mixing well.
  • In a parchment lined sheet pan, evenly spread egg and cheese mixture. Flatten with a spatula or back of a spoon.
  • Place sheet pan in a preheated oven at 475°F and lower heat to 350°F. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes. Watch closely as you need to avoid overcooking. If small bubbles start to appear, lower heat to 300°F and continue baking for 2 to 3 minutes until all sides and center are done. (You can test for doneness just like testing a cake with a toothpick, if you wish).
  • Allow to cool at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Slice according to desired size, using a knife or pizza cutter. Serve with sauce, if desired.

2 cups sour cream
8 ounces whipped cream cheese
8 ounces cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup melted butter
3/4-1 cup golden raisin
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350 degrees (set oven rack to middle position).
  • Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Cook egg noodles in a pot until tender-firm, about 6-7 mins; drain and set aside.
  • Place sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and salt in a food processor and process until blended, about 20 seconds.
  • Add the eggs and butter and process until incorporated, about 5 seconds more.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the noodles in a large bowl then add the raisins and toss all together.

1 jar (6 oz.) sliced mushrooms, undrained
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Four Cheese, divided
4 slices white bread
4 tsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook noodles in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding peas to the boiling water the last minute. 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
2 cups whole milk
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese (divided)

  • Pre-heat your oven to 350 °F.Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the bag. Drain and place in a greased medium sized casserole dish.

  • Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish lightly and preheat the oven to 375°F.
