CREAM CHEESE CAKE MIX COOKIES RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the cream cheese and butter with a hand held mixer {or by hand} until you have a cream consistency. Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix until incorporated. Finally, add the cake mix and mix until it is well combined and thick.
• Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough {using a medium scoop or 1 1/2 tablespoons} onto a parchment {or silicone} lined baking sheet.
• Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are set, they will appear to be a little under cooked but that is alright.
• Remove your cream cheese cake mix cookies from the oven and let them cool completely on the cookie sheet. Once cooled sprinkle tops with powdered sugar. Store cookies in an air tight container at room temperature for 4-5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

DEVIL'S FOOD CREAM CHEESE COOKIES

Steps:

• Cream butter and cream cheese.
• Blend in egg and vanilla extract.
• Add dry cake mix, 1/3 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
• Cover; chill 30 minutes.
• Drop by scant teaspoonsful onto ungreased baking sheet.
• Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
• Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix and baking powder. Add eggs and oil, then mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips, or your choice of additions. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
• Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Bake less for chewy cookies and more for crispy cookies. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Steps:

• Combine cake mix, sandwich cookies, oil, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
• Using an ice cream scoop or your hand, form golf ball-sized balls of cookie dough and transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
• Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.

Steps:

• Mix butter, shortening, egg yolks and vanilla. Thoroughly blend in cake mix 1/3 at a time.
• If dough is dry add 1 to 1/2 teaspoons water. Half cup chopped nuts, chocolate morsels, coconut, or raisins can be added to dough.
• Roll dough into long smooth roll and chill until firm.
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• Slice cookies about 1/4 inch thick and bake on ungreased cookie sheet about 8 minutes or until cookie is light brown around edges. Cool cookie on sheet about 1 minute before removing to rack.

BUTTER PECAN CREAM CHEESE COOKIES (CAKE MIX)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• Cream butter and cream cheese together.
• Blend in egg and maple flavoring.
• Add dry cake mix 1/3 at a time, mix well after each addition.
• Chill for 30 minutes.
• Drop by spoonful on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until just lightly browned.

CAKE MIX COOKIES RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Grease a cookie sheet or line oven rack with foil. Heat oven to 350°F.
• Remove whipped cream from the fridge to soften. Using a fork, mix together
• the whipped cream and egg, then add cake mix. The mix should be very thick. Don't over-mix it so it stays fluffy.
• Use a spoon to scoop the mix into dollar coin-sized balls. Drop the balls into the powdered sugar to fully coat.
• Place the cookies on the baking sheet and cook for 17-20 minutes. They will look gooey at first, but let them cool for 10-15 minutes to settle.

• Add egg and vanilla; mix until well blended.
• Stir in cake mix a little at a time.
• Continue until it's all blended.
• Then add any chips, candy, or nuts, as you like.
• Spoon onto cookie sheer and bake for 10 minutes, until edges are brown.
