This easy all butter pie crust recipe is made with just four ingredients. It's fast and can be made in the food processor or by hand. It's the perfect pie crust for all your pie recipes!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well, then add water, shortening, and egg. Mix on low speed until ingredients are combined, then beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Spread into pie pan.
- In a medium bowl mix together pie filling, lemon juice, and apple pie spice. Spread over crust; do not stir.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until crust is browned.

- In small mixer bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, shortening and water; blend well and beat two minutes at medium speed.
- Pour batter into deep 9" pie pan.
- Combine pie filling, lemon juice and apple pie spice and pour into center of batter.
- Bake at 425° for 45 to 50 minutes.

CRAZY CRUST PIZZA
This delicious main dish crazy crust pizza recipe has a simple batter topped with ground beef and tomato sauce that forms a crust as it bakes.

- Gather the ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Spray a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan or a 14-inch round pizza pan with a nonstick baking spray containing flour and set aside.
- In a large, heavy skillet, cook the ground beef, pork sausage, onion, garlic, and carrots together until the meat is browned, stirring to break up the meat. This should take about 6 to 9 minutes.
- Drain the mixture well, if necessary, and set aside. Stir in the drained mushrooms and set the beef mixture aside.
- Then, in a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and pepper and mix well with a wire whisk. Beat the eggs in a small bowl until combined.
- Stir the eggs and milk into the flour mixture and stir just until combined; do not overbeat or the crust will be tough.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, gently spreading so the batter covers the pan's surface. Arrange the meat mixture evenly on the batter.
- Bake the pizza at 400 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until the pizza crust is golden brown. While the pizza is baking, combine the tomato sauce, mustard, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl and mix well.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, spoon the sauce mixture over the meat and sprinkle with the cheeses. Return the pizza to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted and begins to brown. Cut into squares to serve.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour a jelly roll pan or 14 inch round pizza pan. Set greased and floured pan/jelly roll pan aside.
- In heavy skillet cook the ground beef, pork sausage, onion, garlic, and carrots until beef is browned. Drain well, if needed and set aside. Stir in mushrooms.
- In medium bowl combine flour, salt, Italian seasoning, baking powder, pepper, and mix well.

- Remove from oven, spread pizza sauce over meat and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 15-20 minutes more until cheese is melted and begins to brown.

- preheat oven to 180 Celsius grease a 9 inch pie dish.
- using an electric mixer, beat the flour, butter, sugar, salt, milk and egg until well combined.
- pour batter into dish.
- pour in pie filling, starting in centre and moving to 1 inch away from the edge of the dish.
- sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. DO NOT STIR ANYTHING.
- cook for 35 - 40 minutes or until golden on top and a skewer comes out clean.
- NOTE.you can use any fruity pie filling.

- Heat the 2 tbsp. butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Once melted, add the peeled, sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and pinch salt. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring frequently, or until the brown sugar is fully dissolved and the apples have released some moisture.
