Steps:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter and sugar and press into a half sheet pan prepared with baking spray.
- Mix flour with Southern Comfort and cinnamon.
- Toast chopped pecans over a med heat.
- Put the toasted nuts in a bowl with cranberries and light corn syrup, then pour flour mixture on top and stir to coat well.
- Pour over top of graham cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or unit firm.
- Let cool before slicing.

- In a small bowl, combine the flour, oats and brown sugar. Stir in butter until blended. Set aside 2/3 cup. Pat remaining mixture onto the bottom of a 9-in. square baking pan coated with cooking spray; set aside., In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, 7 tablespoons cranberry juice, raisins, honey, sugar substitute, cinnamon and cloves. Cook and stir over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until berries pop. , Combine the cornstarch and remaining cranberry juice until smooth; stir into berry mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. , Pour filling over crust. Sprinkle with pecans and reserved oat mixture. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator.

- If dates are very hard, place in saucepan with 2 tablespoons water, cover, bring to boil, and then remove from heat. If dates are soft, go to step 2.
- Place dates, 1/2 cup coconut, dried cranberries, salt, and vanilla in food processor and process until all ingredients are finely chopped and mixture clumps together. (This takes about 2 minutes in my food processor.)
- Add remaining coconut and process until coconut is chopped fine and mixture begins to stick together again. (About 30 seconds.)
- Add pecans and pulse a few times until mixed.
- Press mixture into an 8-inch x 8-inch dish. (I like to line my baking dish with parchment paper to make it easier to remove the Cranberry Pecan Bars.) Makes 16 squares. Can be stored in freezer.

- In small saucepan, combing cranberries with enough water to cover.
- Cover and bring to boil. Remove from heat and let stand 1 minute.
- Drain and let cool.
- In bowl, cut butter into flour until fine crumbs.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of the sugar and yogurt, mixing well.
- Press evenly into lightly greased 8" square pan.

- Place flour, pecans, butter, salt and sugar in a food processor. Process until all ingredients are combined. Mixture will appear dry and lumpy.
- Pour into a 9"x13" baking dish. Press dough down with your hands. Press edges down so all surface area is even.
