Steps:
- Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar in a small mixing bowl and beat till smooth. Beat in the orange zest and craisins till well blended.
- Line a small deep bowl with plastic wrap and press cheese mixture firmly into bowl.
- Cover and chill for 1-2 hours, then roll in a ball and roll in candied pecans.
- Serve with crackers.

This recipe is PERFECT for the holidays! Packed with delicious seasonal flavor, this appetizer is absolutely delicious and super simple to make! It will quickly become a new favorite!

Steps:
- Stir softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in craisins, orange zest, orange juice and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Set bowl in fridge and allow to firm up for about 10 minutes or just long enough to be able to form a ball.
- Roll into a cream cheese mixture into a ball and place on a plate or tray and place in freezer to soft set for 10 minutes.
- While cheese ball is soft setting, combine coating ingredients onto a large tray or plate. Roll cheese ball into the topping ingredients to coat on the outside completely.
- Cover with saran wrap and store in fridge until ready to serve.
- Serve with crackers.

Steps:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in dried cranberries.
- Stir in thawed oj concentrate.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape into a ball or put in a nice bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Set in fridge for at least 2 hours-overnight -- the longer the better.
- Take out 20 min before serving to let soften
- Serve with crackers or pretzels.

- 1. Chop cranberries in a food processor or blender.
- 2. Add the cream cheese, OJ and sugar. Blend in the processor till all is creamed together.
- 3. Place onto a sheet of wax paper and shape in a ball the best you can. Let it sit overnight to stiffen up a bit. You can shape it better the next day when it is a little harder.
- 4. Directions for candied pecans: Melt butter in a pan on med heat add the pecans and sugar and mix well stirring frequently. About 3-5 minutes. Do not let the pecans burn!
- 5. Lay out a sheet of wax paper and place pecans on the sheet spreading them out. Let them cool.
- 6. When you are ready to eat the cheese ball take it out of the fridge and shape better. Grab a handful of pecans and place them all over the cheese call till covered. Place cheese ball on a plate and serve!
