1 cup crushed butter crackers
garlic salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
3 eggs, beaten
4 pork chops
½ cup butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a shallow bowl combine crushed crackers, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. In a separate bowl beat eggs.
  • Dip your pork chops in the egg batter and then in the cracker mixture. Place the pork chops in a casserole dish. Place chunks of the butter around the pork chops. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.

2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
4 lean boneless pork chops
1/2 (16 ounce) package saltine crackers, crushed
1 cup oil for frying
2 cups water
1 cube chicken bouillon

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well blended. Run the pork chops under water then roll in the cracker crumbs. Dip into the egg mixture, then back into the cracker crumbs. Make sure the chops are thickly coated.
  • 2 Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chops until golden brown on both sides. Add water to the skillet, just enough to almost come to the top of the pork chops. Dissolve the chicken bouillon cube in the water. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the pork chops absorb most of the water, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 3 To deep fry, skip the water and bouillon cube. Heat frying oil to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Fry coated chops for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper immediately after. They come out moist and delicious.

1 ½ pounds pork chops ((6) ½ - 1-inch thick )
½ cup all-purpose flour (for breading the pork chops)
1 egg (slightly beaten, for breading the pork chops)
⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil (for frying, (divided))
1 ½ sleeves Keebler Town House Crackers (about 1 ½ Cups (Original Light and buttery) )
½ onion (minced well)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Combine the spices together, making sure that the brown sugar does not clump. I usually put the spices in a small container with a lid and shake them to combine. If clumps form, you can press them out with a whisk or spoon.
  • Mince the onions, by chopping the onions by hand as much as you can.

8 thin pork chops ( - boneless)
2 sleeves Ritz crackers ( - crushed)
1-1/2 cups panko
1 tbsp minced onions
1 tbsp Pappy's (*see link in post for product info)
1 tbsp granulated garlic
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1-1/2 cups mayo

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Crush the crackers & place in a medium bowl along with the panko, minced onions, Pappy's, granulated garlic, salt & pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Add the mayo to a shallow dish.
  • Lay each pork chop in the mayo & then turn to coat entirely.
  • Then dredge each mayo-coated pork chop in the cracker mixture, making sure to coat it completely.
  • Place the covered pieces on a foil-lined baking sheet (with or without a wire baking rack).
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees.

6 bone-in pork chops
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 sleeves butter crackers
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Vegetable oil, for frying

Steps:

  • Place the pork chops between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet to an even 1/2-inch thickness. Use the tenderizer side for a few whacks at the end. Sprinkle both sides of the pork chop with salt and pepper.
  • Finely crush the butter crackers in a large plastic resealable bag.
  • In a small baking dish, combine the flour and cayenne. In a second dish combine the buttermilk and hot sauce. Add the crushed crackers to a third dish.
  • Dredge a pork chop through the flour mixture, dusting off any excess, then through the buttermilk, letting excess drip off, and then through the crushed crackers, making sure to coat on each side. Set on a sheet tray and continue with the remaining chops. Rest the chops for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. This will help the breading stick to the chops.
  • Fill a large high-sided skillet halfway with vegetable oil and heat until a deep-frying thermometer inserted into the oil reaches 375 degrees F.
  • Using tongs, carefully place the pork chops in batches, into the hot oil. Fry, flipping once halfway through cooking (only if the chops are not submerged), until golden brown and fully cooked, about 8 minutes. Repeat with the remaining pork and serve.
