I've been making this one for years and people go absolutely nuts for it!

Steps:
- 1. Cut up and flake the crabmeat.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the mayonaise, sour cream and onions together.
- 3. Add the crabmeat and the cocktail sauce. Mix together well.
- 4. Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving with crackers.

Steps:
- Combine the catsup, horseradish and hot sauce.
- Remove any remaining filament from the crabmeat.
- Add the crabmeat to the catsup mixture and continue to blend.
- Add all other ingredients and blend till smooth.
- Serve at room temperature.
- SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Salty Potato Chips, Potato Skins, Green Bell Peppers, Turnips

LAYERED CRAB DIP
This is a great make-ahead dish to serve to a crowd. I always get requests for the recipe any time I serve it.

Steps:
- Mix softened cream cheese and miracle whip together until smooth.
- Spread into a deep serving dish (at least 2 inches deep).
- Mix the drained crabmeat and the cocktail sauce together and then spread over cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle chopped green pepper, green onion and tomato over crab layer.
- Cover vegetable layer with grated cheese, cover and refrigerate.
- Serve with crackers or tortilla chips for dipping.
- Can be made 1 day ahead and stored in refrigerator.

- Stir in celery, onion, and lemon juice, if desired.
