Nov 2, 1999 Just wondering if Costco will refund from the receipt, or if they needed the product. The sell by date on the pkg was still a day away, and the groceries went straight from the store into the fridge. Feb 29, 2004 I just served jambalaya for my sorority Mardi Gras party. I use River Road jambalaya seasoning (bought online at Fiesta Foods) and follow their recipe but only use half the amount of seasoning. It's very easy - add tomato sauce or paste, water, rice (uncooked), and meat of choice (I used smoked sausage and chicken) and cook for 20 minutes. From disboards.com

Mar 28, 2008 I have found that the easiest and least expensive birthday party food I can find is pizza. When people show up, I have bowls of chips and dip, mixed nuts, M&Ms, cheese and crackers, cucumbers, carrots and dip out on the table. Everyone eats the munchies and then my DH picks up some large pizzas from the local pizza place. From disboards.com
