C T'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS (CROCKABLE)
Very creamy comfort food. Originally made as OAMC CrockPot meal, and it froze very well. Originally called for yogurt, which separated, so use full-fat sour cream instead. Uses pre-made meatballs (yours or store-bought).

8 EASY MEALS USING KIRKLAND MEATBALLS AT COSTCO - …
From costcontessa.com
- Spaghetti and Meatballs. Microwave the meatballs per directions, then add marinara sauce (we recommend Rao’s, but chef’s choice!) and bake or simmer for 15-30 minutes.
- Veggie Boosted Bolognese Sauce. Mash up the meatballs to make bolognese sauce. Bolognese sauce is a good one for sneaking adding puree veggies for picky kiddos.
- Meatball Grinder (Sub Sandwich) Microwave meatballs and layer with marinara and mozzarella in a toasted sub sandwich roll. Bake in oven briefly to melt cheese.
- Buffalo Meatballs Appetizer. Prepare per instructions and drizzle Buffalo Sauce on them (we recommend Primal Foods from Costco!) and serve with blue cheese dressing for a dipping sauce.
- Greek Pita Pocket. Pepare meatballs per directions on the bag, and slice in half. Open up a pita pocket and spread hummus, add meatballs, crumbled feta cheese, dice cucumbers, tomato and shredded lettuce.
- Slow Cooked BBQ Meatballs. Place frozen meatballs and bbq sauce in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours until meatballs are fully defrosted and cooked.
- Pizza Topping. Prepare meatballs per directions and dice and use on top of homemade or frozen pizza to make a meatball pizza. Add some fresh basil for extra flavor.
- Meatball Appetizer with Dip. Prepare your meatballs, and serve with your favorite dips such as hummus, tzatziki, ranch, bitchin sauce or dill dip. Makes a fun addition to a cheese board or crudite plate!

- Meatballs. Frozen meatballs are one of the most versatile party foods around, because there are approximately seven million different ways to prepare them.
- Shrimp. If you don't quite love a shrimp cocktail platter, but still have a craving for some seafood, hit up the frozen food section. These Panko-coated bites should hit the spot, and you get 40 to 50 pieces for around $20 a box.
- Chicken Potstickers. Potstickers are a good option to add a little variety to the typical football spread of pizza, wings, chips, and dip. These are stuffed with chicken and veggies, and a 4-pound bag is just $12.
- Mozzarella Sticks. I'm always a little tempted to buy this enormous, $14 package of mozzarella sticks whenever I go to Costco. (There's 82 to 92 in a box!)
- Beef Franks Wrapped In Puff Pastry. Beef franks wrapped in puff pastry sounds way classier than pigs in a blanket, right? But they're one and the same, and they're one of my all-time favorite appetizers.
- Mesquite Wings. Costco chicken wings will run you about $6 a pound, and most packages had a little over three pounds worth of wings. The ones I perused were all mesquite flavor, but I've found that you can coat them in a bottle of your preferred wing sauce and the flavors will blend together nicely.
- Mini Crab Cakes. My family had some of these crab cakes as part of our Christmas dinner spread, so I can tell you firsthand that they are absolutely addictive.
- St. Louis Ribs. Costco's racks of ribs go for $8 a pound, and the packages I saw were two to three pounds each. If you're picking up some, you might want to hit up the paper towel aisle, too, because there's just no way to eat ribs without making a huge mess.
- Spring Rolls. Spring rolls are the first thing I add to my order when I get takeout, but I'm wondering if these Costco vegetable spring rolls could cut my monthly Seamless bill way down.
- Pinwheels. Costco's roasted chicken and Swiss cheese pinwheel sandwiches are amazing for feeding a crowd. You get 48 slices for $33, or can grab smaller packs of 12 for just a little over $11.
