Cooking spray
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 small onion, grated
1 clove garlic, finely grated
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 450˚ F. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and coat with cooking spray.
Combine the beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, 2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl; mix with your hands until combined. Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 30). Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake the meatballs until browned and cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.

PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 can (12 oz each) Libby's® Corned Beef
1/2 pound lean ground beef (93% lean)
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons dry unseasoned bread crumbs
2 teaspoons Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 large baking sheets with cooking spray; set aside.
Combine corned beef, ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, mustard and garlic powder in large bowl; mix well.
Roll meat mixture into forty 1-inch balls and place on baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until done (160°F).

Ingredients

1 (14 ounce) can armour corn beef hash
1 small sweet onion, diced
1 hard-boiled egg, diced
5 small sweet gherkins, diced
2 tablespoons black pepper
1/4-1/2 cup duke's mayonnaise (just enough to moisten)
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 tablespoon French's mustard

Steps:

Combine all ingredients well mixing by hand. Make into a ball and chill for at least 2 hours.
While you're chillin combine 1 (8 oz) Philadephia brand cream cheese. Room temperature with 1 teaspoons French's prepared mustard. Blend well and refrigerate. After the two hour chill for the ball coat ball with mustard cheese coating. Replace in fridge for at least another hour.
Serve with crackers, pita chips, pretzels or veggies.
