Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsel
1 cup shredded coconut
2 cups corn flakes

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F
Beat egg whites, salt and vanilla till stiff but not dry. Beat in sugar gradually.
Fold in the chocolate, coconut, and corn flakes.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on well greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 18 to 20 minutes.

2 egg whites
1 cup coconut
1 cup sugar
2 cups corn flakes (cereal)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in balance of ingredients, drop on buttered Aluminum cookie sheets & bake until lightly browned. temperature 275-300 (Make sure you watch these, they burn quickly,using egg beaters doesn't work!:).
For X-mas: Add one red hot on top of each cookie.
