I must have tried ever Bang Bang Shrimp recipe posted on the internet, including the one posted here at Recipe Zar, most are pretty good but they all are not exact copycats, finally in 2010 I found this recipe which is so close that no body can tell the difference. It is extensively tested several times in the kitchen.

We had these at Bonefish Grill. They are a great app. Since then, I have been trying many recipes looking for one that tastes close. This is the best that I have found. Sometimes I fix these and just serve with a salad for lunch - very delicious!

Yes it's a copycat recipe. I like it very much so wanted to share it. If you are in hurry you can substitute the shrimp with store bought pre-battered frozen shrimp. Get the Bang Bang sauce from from www.dinnisselect.com I understand that the sauce from Dinnis is no longer called Bang Bang Sauce. Now you should order Dinnis Shrimp Sauce (very hot). 5/2010
