FUNFETTI RICE KRISPIES TREATS
Funfetti-inspired Rice Krispies marshmallow treats are perfect for any occasion. The rainbow sprinkles make them colorful and fun to serve and eat.

Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until melted.
- Add the marshmallows and cook on low heat until the marshmallows have completely melted, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies. Then stir in the rainbow sprinkles.
- Spread the mixture into a 9 x 9-inch greased baking dish .
- Top with additional rainbow sprinkles. Allow the dish to cool so the treats become firm.
- When firm, cut the treats into squares and serve.

RICE KRISPIES BEEF CASSEROLE
That's right you can eat Rice Krispies for dinner. I came across this recipe on another website and had to try it. It was a winner in my house. It made alot more than I thought, but unfortunately there were no leftovers. In my recipe I used 2 pounds of ground beef and the mixture was enough to cover.

- Place in casserole dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Steps:
- Preheat easy bake oven 15 minutes.
- Place margarine and marshmallow cream in the warming cup.
- Put on the warming tray and cover.
- Warm for nine minutes stirring occasionally.
- Half fill the other warming cup with puffed rice cereal.
- Thoroughly mix the puffed rice cereal with the warmed mixture of margarine and marshmallow cream in a bowl.
- Take a small amount from the bowl and form a cookie shape.
- Place the shapes on a plate.
- Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour or until firm.

- Heat olive oil on medium heat in a large pot. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and allow the chicken to brown on one side.
- Flip chicken, then add onions and garlic as the second side browns.
- Once the chicken has browned on both sides, add chicken broth, water, and pasta to the pot.
- Stir all ingredients, cover the pot with a lid, and bring to a boil. When it begins to boil, uncover and stir. Bring the heat to low, stir, then cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes has passed, uncover and add in the broccoli. Stir continually as the broccoli steams until the rest of the liquid evaporates.
- Add milk and cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese melts and you have a smooth cheese sauce.
- Add salt and pepper (to taste), cayenne, and nutmeg. Stir once more, then you're ready to serve.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Cook and drain pasta shells as directed on package.
- In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
- In large bowl, mix pasta sauce and water. Pour 1 cup of the pasta sauce mixture in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. In medium bowl, mix cheese spread, 1 cup of the Italian cheese, the Parmesan cheese, egg and cooked beef. Spoon heaping tablespoon mixture into each shell. Arrange stuffed shells over sauce in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over top, covering shells completely. Cover with foil.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and cheese filling is set. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Italian cheese. Bake uncovered about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.

- Generously butter your 9 x 13 baking pan. Portion your first layer's worth (2 cups) of Rice Krispies into a bowl. Portion out additional amounts of the Rice Krispies into other bowls to make the process move quicker.
